I love you can get the crispy texture of fried food with little to no oil and you get that perfect crunch and bite. These Frozen Spring Rolls in the Air Fryer are the perfect example of this. They are crispy, crunchy, and delicious! You won't want to miss out!

Ingredient Notes
- Frozen Spring Rolls- Make sure to get a vegetable spring roll. I like to get mine from Trader Joe's however I have also seen some at Sprouts. Always check the package to confirm they are vegan!
- Vegetable Oil: This is optional, but will prevent the spring rolls from drying out and will ensure they are super crispy.

Instructions
- Place the frozen Spring Rolls in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are in an even layer. My air fryer can fit 5 at a time.
- Secure the basket in the air fryer and set the temperature to 400 degrees and the time for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the basket, and enjoy!
Hint: Lightly spray these Spring Rolls with vegetable spray to get them extra crispy.
Substitutions and Variations
- Oven Method- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
- Stovetop Method- Pan Fry over medium heat with oil for 5-7 minutes until golden brown or crispy.
- Dipping Sauce - Feel free to serve with your favorite dipping sauce! I love using a Sweet Thai Chili Sauce!

Storage
Store any leftover Spring Rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat the spring rolls, set the air fryer to 400 degrees, place them in a single layer and heat for 2-3 minutes or until reheated.
Since these Spring Rolls have already been frozen once, I would not recommend re-freezing them.
Top tips
- All Air Fryers are different. Make sure you know your air fryer as some require more or less cooking time than others. Check your Spring Rolls at the 7-minute mark. If they are too brown for you, remove them. If they need further cook, flip and cook for another 8 minutes.
- Make sure to put everything in one layer and do not stack the Spring Rolls or they will get soggy and not crisp up.
