Using pre-made pizza dough, pesto, and sliced tomatoes, this pizza comes together in around 15 minutes. It couldn't get any easier than that!
Vegan Pesto and Tomato Pizza
All the ingredients in this pesto pizza recipe work together to bring the ultimate flavor bomb in every bite. First, you have the crust. For this pizza, I use premade pizza dough. I get mine at Trader Joe's. I love that their pizza dough is naturally vegan and their garlic and herb flavor is amazing.
To make the pizza, you are going to roll out the dough and then spread a generous amount of pesto on the crust. I love the flavor of pesto so I always use at least half the jar for one crust. Once you have spread the pesto, you will top it with sliced tomatoes and bake! I bake my pizza at 475 for 15 minutes. I love a crunchy crust! Once the pizza is out of the oven, allow it to cool slightly before slicing. Feel free to top this baby with vegan parmesan to give it a little extra flavor, or just leave it be. I'll admit, by the time Friday rolls around, I just leave it be. I'm that lazy. Try this pizza this weekend, I guarantee you won't regret it!

Ingredients
- 1 package pre-made pizza dough
- 1 batch vegan almond spinach pesto
- 3 to matoes sliced
- 2 tbs vegan parmesan optional
Instructions
