This Amish Broccoli Salad is the perfect side dish! Easy to make, creamy and delicious. This will be your new favorite side salad!

What you'll need: broccoli florets – blueberries –dried cranberries –Slivered almonds –vegan mayonnaise – apple cider vinegar – dijon mustard –maple syrup

Combine broccoli florets, dried cranberries, bacon, blueberries and slivered almonds in a large bowl.

In a separate, small bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise, dijon mustard, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar and salt and pepper until smooth and well-combined. Pour dressing over broccoli combination and toss or stir well.

Amish Broccoli salad may be served immediately, but for best flavor refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
