These Vegan Breakfast Nachos are the perfect fun dinner recipe! Perfect for a family fun night or a gathering with friends, this fun twist on traditional nachos will have everyone raving!

What you'll need: Tortilla Chips  – Just Egg – vegan sausage  – bell peppers – vegan cheddar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Layer the chips onto the baking sheet, and try to spread them evenly as possible.

In a non-stick skillet or pan, pour in the just egg and scramble it until it resembles scrambled eggs.

Layer the scrambled vegan eggs over the tortilla chips, spreading them until they cover the whole sheet pan.

Layer the vegan sausage, bell peppers and cheese over the top of the tortilla chips. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted
