Slow Cooker Vegetarian Pot Pie Soup

What you'll need: Vegetable Broth Yellow Onion Canned Corn Carrots Celery Potatoes Peas Garlic Rosemary Thyme Plant Milk

Dice the onion, celery, potato and, carrots. Add all ingredients except for the plant milk to a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

About 30 minutes before serving, add in the almond milk and stir to combine. Add half the soup to a blender and blend until smooth. Return the soup to the crockpot, ladle and serve.
