These Dairy-Free Brownies are the best! Fudgy, chocolatey, and delicious, these easy brownies are the perfect treat to whip up when you are craving something sweet!

What you'll need: vegan butter – white sugar – avocados – vanilla extract – cocoa powder – all-purpose flour – salt –baking powder – chocolate chunks

 Mash the avocado into a glass bowl and then mix well with the melted vegan butter, mixing until no lumps remain and the mixture is smooth.

Add the sugar, flax eggs and vanilla extract and cream until combined.

Add the cocoa powder, all-purpose flour, salt, and baking soda and mix well until the batter is fully combined. The batter will be very thick.

Fold in the chocolate chunks and pour the batter into the 9x9-inch glass pan.

Bake for 40-45 minutes until the brownies have set in the middle. You don't want the pan to be jiggly and when you insert a toothpick, you want it to come out clean.
