These Ultimate Gyro Fries are easy and delicious to make! For a fun dinner recipe, load these fries up with all your favorite Greek toppings!

What you'll need: – Frozen French Fries – Red Onion – Tomato – Cucumber – Iceberg Lettuce – Vegan Feta Cheese – kalamata olives –  pepperoncinis – vegan tzatziki sauce

Bake fries according to package directions. Arrange them on a 9x13 baking sheet.

 While the fries are in the oven, dice the onion, tomato and cucumber and shred the lettuce. Drain the olives and pepperoncini.

Add the cooked fries to bowls and top with the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, olives and peppers. Drizzle Tzatziki sauce on top and sprinkle the vegan feta on and enjoy!
