VEGAN PRETZELS WITH BEER MUSTARD

These Vegan Pretzels are the perfect bite-sized appetizers! , 

What you'll need: –1 and ½ cups warm water – 2 and ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar – 1 Tablespoon vegan butter, melted and slightly cool – 3 and ¾-4 cups all-purpose flour

Make the dough by adding all of the ingredients and mixing until combined. Let rise for 2 hours

Roll the dough into 4 logs. Using a sharp knife. Cut the dough into one-inch bites. Boil for 30 seconds in the baking soda mixture

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Add the dijon mustard to a ramekin and add 3 tablespoons of the lager. Mix to combine. Serve with warm pretzels.
