This Easy Edible Brownie Batter is the perfect fun treat when you need a quick dessert. Fun to make for the whole family, this brownie batter you can eat straight out of the bowl!
In a large glass bowl, cream together the melted vegan butter and coconut sugar.
Stir in the vanilla, almond milk, and maple syrup.
Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, and salt and mix until a smooth batter forms and there are no lumps.
Stir in the chocolate chunks and divide them into bowls, enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to use finely ground almond flour or the texture will turn out grainy. I like using Bob's Red Mill brand!
This brownie batter is not overly sweet as it is refined sugar-free. If you find it too bitter for your taste, stir in some extra maple syrup or sugar to sweeten it more.
This recipe makes two personal-sized bowls of batter. It is perfect for individual servings or a date night dessert!
If you find the dough to be too grainy from the sugar, you can refrigerate it a bit and it will become less grainy.
